Shipping policy
Everything we sell is made or finished in our shop in Newark, NY. Here's when your order will leave us and how shipping is calculated.
Processing times
- Ready-to-ship items (ready-made wood maps, decor and other in-stock items) leave our Newark, NY shop in 1-2 business days.
- Custom and personalized items (custom wood maps, engraved and personalized gifts) are made to order and ship 5-7 business days after you approve your proof. Items without a proof step, such as simple name ornaments, ship 5-7 business days after you order.
If your order contains both, we'll ship it together when the made-to-order items are finished, unless you ask us otherwise.
Shipping rates We ship to the United States and Canada with USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and your order, and you can choose from the USPS services offered there (such as First Class or Priority Mail). Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Local pickup Live nearby? Choose local pickup at checkout and pick up your order at Dirt Road Barns, 3542 Fairville Maple Ridge Rd, Newark, NY 14513. Ready-to-ship items are usually ready within 24 hours, and we'll let you know when your order is ready. Custom and personalized items are ready once they're finished.
Damaged or lost packages If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it stalled or lost, please contact us with your order number (and photos for damage) so we can make it right. See our Refund Policy for returns.
