How to apply:

1. Prep and paint your surface. Rice paper is slightly translucent, so a white or light base coat keeps colors bright.
2. Trim or tear the design to size (torn edges blend in best).
3. Brush a thin layer of decoupage medium onto the surface, lay the paper on, and smooth from the center out with a soft brush or plastic wrap.
4. Let it dry, then seal with a water-based clear top coat for durability.
